December 21, 2011 TheStreet.com (TST -2.5%) loses its top exec and takes on an assault from investor FiveMore Fund all on the same day. The firm says CEO Daryl Otte will step down in the spring, while it searches for a replacement. For its part, FiveMore has its eye on a board seat as it advocates that the company use M&A and strategic alliances to help complement organic growth.
